What certifications & qualifications do you need to perform Electrical & Air Conditioning Installation work in my house or place of business?

All work must be completed by a Registered Electrical Contractor. Our REC number is 23025 and our technicians carry their licences and can display them on request.

Should I only book an Electrician when things go wrong, or is it a good idea to book regular inspections?

We recommend a 12 monthly inspection for your Switchboard and Smoke Alarms. It’s always better to recognise and address a fault before it becomes a problem, particularly in the case of your smoke alarms.

What are the options for payment of your Electrical and AC services?

We accept EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) Payments, Credit Cards or Cash.

Do you have public liability and accident insurance?

Yes, we have $20 Million Public Liability Insurance.

What hours are you available to work and do you do After Hours/Weekend call outs?

Our general hours are 7am - 5pm, Mon - Fri. But we are available outside of these hours if your job requires, or in case of an emergency.
